I recently bought something my Home Defense arsenal has been sorely lacking. A shotgun. I bought the Winchester SXP Defender in 12 gauge. It has an 18.5" cylinder bore (no constriction) barrel and the receiver is drilled and tapped for optics mounts (red dot?) Magazine capacity is 5 + 1, and the barrel is chrome lined and has a brass bead sight. I currently have a Tru-Glo Fiber Optic sight (snaps on and off) attached. The Tru-Glo is not pictured. I have not got to shoot this yet. I will be shooting some slugs at the indoor range in the next few days. When the weather cooperates, I will go outside at a relatives farm and try some buckshot and regular shot loads. Stay tuned for a future range report!
